My Story
As a Certified Nervous System Regulation Practitioner and Master’s graduate in Public Health, I transformed my own journey through burnout and complex trauma into a mission to help ambitious women reclaim their lives. But my path to healing wasn’t straightforward.
Despite outward success—graduating top of my class and building a promising career—I found myself in a complete nervous system shutdown. What started as chronic stress spiraled into a state where I couldn’t get out of bed, leading to a year-long emergency medical leave from my job. I felt robotic, disconnected, and eventually reached a breaking point that included questioning whether I wanted to continue living. In that darkest moment, I made a commitment to myself: before accepting this fate, I would exhaust every possibility for healing.
What followed was a dedicated journey that challenged everything I thought I knew about healing. Traditional talk therapy and coping mechanisms weren’t enough—I needed to understand the root cause of my struggles. Through extensive research and personal exploration, I discovered the profound impact of nervous system regulation. This led me to develop SomaNeuro Alignment, my trademarked method that combines body-based movements with subconscious rewiring to create lasting change.
Today, having helped hundreds of women break free from chronic stress with a 100% success rate, I know firsthand that healing doesn’t require endless routines—it requires addressing the root cause with proven, holistic techniques. My approach integrates cutting-edge neuroscience with practical application, empowering women to move beyond survival mode and into a life of authentic joy and connection.
