The Science Behind SomaNeuro Alignment

As a Certified Nervous System Regulation Practitioner and Master’s graduate in Public Health, I transformed my own journey coming out of survival mode on a year-long medical leave after career burnout and a history of complex trauma into a mission to help ambitious women reclaim their lives from chronic stress.

Through my trademarked SomaNeuro Alignment method, I combine body-based movements with subconscious rewiring to reshape the way the mind and body register safety in the present moment.
