My Story
As a Certified Nervous System Regulation Practitioner and Master’s graduate in Public Health, I transformed my own journey coming out of survival mode on a year-long medical leave after career burnout and a history of complex trauma into a mission to help ambitious women reclaim their lives from chronic stress.
Through my trademarked SomaNeuro Alignment method, I combine body-based movements with subconscious rewiring to reshape the way the mind and body register safety in the present moment. Having helped hundreds of women break free from chronic stress, I know firsthand that healing doesn’t require endless routines – it requires addressing the root cause with proven, holistic techniques.
Our Approach
We believe true healing happens when we address both body and mind through nervous system regulation. The nervous system is responsible for how we process and respond to the world around us.
