My Story

As a Certified Nervous System Regulation Practitioner and Master’s graduate in Public Health, I transformed my own journey coming out of survival mode on a year-long medical leave after career burnout and a history of complex trauma into a mission to help ambitious women reclaim their lives from chronic stress.

Through my trademarked SomaNeuro Alignment method, I combine body-based movements with subconscious rewiring to reshape the way the mind and body register safety in the present moment. Having helped hundreds of women break free from chronic stress, I know firsthand that healing doesn’t require endless routines – it requires addressing the root cause with proven, holistic techniques.

Our Approach

We believe true healing happens when we address both body and mind through nervous system regulation. The nervous system is responsible for how we process and respond to the world around us. Our signature SomaNeuro Alignment method combines powerful somatic movements with uplifting subconscious work to create lasting change in how we relate to stress —no endless daily routines required. By expanding your window of tolerance and rewiring your system to know you are safe, we help you build resilience naturally. You’ll learn to trust your intuition, respond rather than react to stress, and finally feel present again as you break free from burnout’s grip.

We cannot heal without meeting the parts of ourselves that feel unsafe or uncomfortable. To truly move forward, we have to come back to ourselves.
